Our Story
Sun Goodies! is a vibrant social enterprise powered by Goodness Enterprises, a registered charity based in Chuwar, Queensland. Our greater mission is to meet the needs of our community in a tangible and measurable way. This includes training and upskilling long-term unemployed individuals across 5 traineeship areas; protecting and conserving 45 acres of Koala habitat & rescuing 14-20 tonnes of food per week to feed the food vulnerable in the Ipswich & West Moreton region. It is from this great mission that Sun Goodies! was born. People are our priority and sun safety is an extension of how we prioritise our community's wellbeing. In 2024 Sun Goodies! was born and we have been on a journey ever since to spread the word about how one bottle of high-quality, sustainable sunscreen can accelerate our social impact and keep you protected at the same time.
Who We Are
At Sun Goodies!, we're more than just a sun care brand. We're a community-driven initiative that provides employment and skills training opportunities to disadvantaged individuals across the Ipswich region. Through our traineeships in areas like Business, Events, Construction, and Conservation, we equip participants with the tools they need to build a brighter future!
What We Do
Our flagship product, the Sun Goodies! Sunscreen, is a vegan, organic, SPF50 sunscreen developed, packed and delivered to you by our talented trainees. This Sunscreen not only offers excellent sun protection but also represents the hard work and dedication of our community members striving for positive change in their own lives.
